Grandparents Day
We had a lovely morning on Friday 1st February when we had a celebration in the school for Grandparents Day and St Brigid’s Day as part of Catholic Schools Week. A large number of our grandparents attended a prayer service in their honour and listened to songs and tin whistle tunes about them and St Brigid. Afterwards they enjoyed a cup of tea and some goodies whilst viewing the lovely display of children’s work all about their grandparents!
